The Budding Chef Challenge 2024 (BCC) was a grand showcase of teamwork, creativity, and culinary prowess, bringing together aspiring chefs from across Karnataka and Tamil Nadu. Hosted at ACCASI, this prestigious event witnessed participation from 10 top Hotel Management colleges, each competing in a series of exciting and skill-driven challenges.

Beyond competitions, ACCASI students have continued to shine by showcasing their exceptional culinary talents in various cuisines and dishes. Over the past six months, they successfully organized and participated in a food festival featuring 11 different varieties of cuisines, displaying their dedication, innovation, and expertise in global culinary traditions.
The students’ ability to craft diverse dishes and present authentic flavors highlighted their culinary excellence and adaptability. From traditional Indian delicacies to international gourmet experiences, each dish was a testament to their hard work and passion for the craft.

Our students also triumphed at the Incredible Chef Challenge 2024 in Bangalore, organized in association with SICA (South Indian Chef’s Association), IFCA (Indian Federation of Culinary Associations), and WACS (World Association of Chef Societies). Our students won Gold and Silver Medals at Culinary Art India, a national-level competition held in Delhi. Over 600 students participated in various competitions. Our students excelled, earning medals and surprising the judges from across India. This was our first national-level competition, and our first batch of students made a remarkable impression. As a team, we trained tirelessly, and our students’ achievements have brought us great pride.
