Our Students Won Gold, Silver, and Bronze in the CAI & Incredible Chef Challenge (ICC)

Our students also triumphed at the Incredible Chef Challenge 2024 in Bangalore, organized in association with SICA (South Indian Chef’s Association), IFCA (Indian Federation of Culinary Associations), and WACS (World Association of Chef Societies). They won Gold with Distinction, Silver, and Bronze medals across six categories. Here are the details:

  • Gold with Distinction in Live Cooking (100/100) – Mrs. Juvalamukhi
  • Silver Medal in Fruit Carving – Mr. Logeshwaran
  • Silver Medal in Live Cooking – Ms. Enibeni
  • Bronze Medals in Fruit Carving, Plated Millet, and Plated Appetizer – Ms. Enibeni
  • Bronze Medals in Wedding Cake and Live Cooking – Mr. Edwin Antony
  • Bronze Medal in Artistic Bakery Show Piece – Mr. Logeshwaran
Our students participated in all the competitions and won in every category they entered.
 

16th Culinary Art India 2024, India's Biggest Professional Culinary Challenge

Our students won Gold and Silver Medals at Culinary Art India, a national-level competition held in Delhi. Over 600 students participated in various competitions. Our students excelled, earning medals and surprising the judges from across India. This was our first national-level competition, and our first batch of students made a remarkable impression. As a team, we trained tirelessly, and our students’ achievements have brought us great pride.
