Our culinary classrooms feature comfortable seating, an adjacent student lab kitchen for easy movement, an in-class mini library for quick reference, and advanced audio-visual capabilities. 

Student Lab and Production Kitchen

Our fully operational commercial cafe serves farm-based seasonal and local cuisines along with student creations. Students are provided opportunities to run the café in various roles, applying the skills they learn in a practical setting.

Vegetable Processing Areas and Bakery

Our vegetable processing areas are fully equipped with high-speed choppers, commercial peelers, slicers, and more, ensuring comprehensive hands-on training. Our bakery has convection & deck ovens, proofing cabinets, dough shelters, planetary and spiral mixers. 

The Farm

Our farm is a comprehensive learning hub featuring recycled water for irrigation, biogas and vermicompost plants, controlled atmosphere farming in polyhouses and greenhouses, vertical farming, multi-cropping, poultry, fishery, hydroponics, goats, dairy with over 45 cows, and ducks. All food waste is composted or used for biogas production. 

Recreation Facilities

Enjoy a variety of recreational activities, including a swimming pool, gym, table tennis, foosball, soccer ground, volleyball, basketball, tennis court, and badminton court. Our serene 50-acre campus offers numerous park-like spots perfect for study and relaxation, away from the busy streets of Bengaluru yet easily accessible via public transport.

Housed in a spacious 30,000 sq. ft. building, our library boasts a continually updated culinary section with extensive resources for both faculty and students. 

On-Campus Hospital

Agape Hospital on campus provides emergency medical care and consultations, offering students peace of mind with readily accessible professional healthcare. 

Butchery ​

Our butchery is outfitted with professional-grade equipment, including meat grinders, band saws, and commercial slicers, providing thorough practical experience. 

Cold Storage

We offer extensive cold storage with a walk-in cold room and a deep freezer, designed for handling and preserving large quantities of farm-fresh produce. 

Student Hostels

Our hostels provide softened water, comfortable orthopedic mattresses, well-lit curtained rooms, central water heating, and reverse osmosis plants. A laundry station and pantry help students balance their study schedules and personal needs effectively. 

Safety ​

Safety is paramount with gas detectors, fire safety equipment, multiple exits, optimal exhaust systems, and PPE. Cleanliness is ingrained as a core value for all chefs. 

Campus Store

Students have access to an on-campus grocery and convenience store, making everyday essentials easily available. 

Auditorium

Our acoustically treated auditorium seats 1100 and hosts seminars, workshops, guest lectures, and various academic and cultural events, providing a vibrant space for learning and engagement.
