The 9th International Chefs Conference, hosted by the Indian Federation of Culinary Associations (IFCA) in 2023, was an incredible success. The conference focused on “Co-creating Inclusive Local Organic Food systems,” and provided an opportunity for industry leaders and culinary professionals to come together to learn and collaborate.

At ACCASI, we are proud to have been a key partner in the 9th International Chefs Conference hosted by the Indian Federation of Culinary Associations (IFCA) in 2023. The conference provided us with a unique opportunity to interact with industry leaders and prominent chefs from all over the world, building an understanding of farm-to-table as a concept to deliver culinary education. This Conference has allowed us set up programs with like-minded institutions, that will help our students get industry opportunities and contribute towards food security.
