Intermediate Program in Baking Science and Pastry Arts (affiliated with City & Guilds, London) is our extensive 960-hour course across five and a half months. A combination of practical and theoretical learning, tailor-made to equip students with the knowledge and experience required in the vast, competitive culinary industry. This comprehensive course is also certified by Lavonne Academy’s Assured Status, which grants industry-recognised certification through City & Guilds (London).
